At Unbound Trails, we take pride in our roots. All US-based orders are produced right here at home, with specialized printing hubs in Florida and Texas ensuring top-tier quality.
For our international explorers, we utilize a global network of printing partners. By printing your order at the closest facility to your doorstep, we guarantee faster delivery times and a more sustainable shipping process for every hiker, everywhere."
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible.
Since every item is custom-printed just for you, it takes our team about 2-3 business days to craft your gear. Once it leaves our facility, standard US shipping takes another 3-5 business days. We’ll send you a tracking number as soon as it ships, so you can follow its journey to your doorstep!
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use it to follow your package’s journey all the way to your doorstep.
What is your return policy?
To reduce environmental waste, every item is custom-printed just for you! Because of this, we cannot accept returns for sizing issues or a change of mind. (Please check our size guide before ordering!)
However, if your gear arrives damaged or defective, our 100% Quality Guarantee has you covered. Just email us at support@unboundtrails.shop within 30 days, and we’ll send a free replacement right away.

Currently, we are focusing exclusively on our US adventurers! We only ship within the United States right now. However, we hope to expand to more international trails in the near future.
